Whether an OLED, MBE, solar, long optical coating, or other processes having an extended period between chamber venting, the CrystalSix sensor offers the security of 6 quartz monitor crystals in one sensor head. When used with an INFICON Thin Film Controller, the CrystalSix automatically rotates a new crystal into position whenever the current crystal fails or becomes unstable.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"335\" src=\"https:\/\/iss-lab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-374.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4708 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iss-lab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-374.png 500w, https:\/\/iss-lab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-374-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Crystals are automatically replaced without interrupting your process for continued deposition rate monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crystal indexing is accomplished with a pneumatically driven mechanism. This pneumatically driven motor provides better crystal thermal stability than competitive units using expensive in-vacuum, heat generating, electric motors.
