Most of the CWA are under liquid form at 20°C and cannot be detected by a standard vapor detector. S4PE is used for the detection of these persistent agents giving little or no vapor on any surface including skin.
S4PE collects agents by scraping the surface to be controlled. After inserting in the sampling pipe, agents are evaporated by heating and allow the AP4C to perform the analysis of the collected liquid.
